Over the last 15 months Gaza has been under siege and has lost over 46,700 lives, 18,000 of them children. 1.2 million people have been displaced and forced to flee with nothing. Many are still trapped under the rubble fighting for survival.
The recent breakdown of the ceasefire has seen Israeli airstrikes claiming over 400 lives and worsening the humanitarian crisis. Israel has tightened its blockade, cutting off food, fuel, and medicine. Markets are empty, bakeries are shutting down, and parents have nothing left to feed their children. Babies are at risk of severe malnutrition, and families are forced to break their fast with nothing but water—if they can even find that.
Al Mustafa Welfare Trust and our partners are doing everything possible to distribute hot meals, water, and hygiene essentials to displaced families. But every day, it becomes harder to source supplies as stocks rapidly deplete. Aid trucks loaded with food and lifesaving essentials sit just miles away—blocked from reaching those in desperate need.

Can you imagine the suffering of needing urgent medical care but having nowhere to go? That’s the devastating reality facing thousands of Palestinian refugees today.
Over 100,000 people have moved to Egypt, seeking medical aid in overwhelmed Egyptian hospitals, and more than 15,000 Palestinians are surviving without healthcare treatment right away. We all know that urgent medical care can save lives! But for Palestinian refugees, it is hard to give the care they need on time. We are building the new Al Mustafa Field Hospital near the Palestinian border in Egypt’s Suez region. It will significantly increase survival rates. The hospital will offer urgent care, simple to complex trauma treatments, basic to advanced surgeries, and even rehabilitation for Gaza’s refugees.
We have partnered with the Egyptian Healthcare Authority and aim to complete this Field Hospital in just 2 to 3 months. But we need your help, too. As the war on Gaza continues for over six months, almost 2 million people face severe hunger, displacement, and a lack of healthcare. People are beginning to die from starvation, so the need for food right now has reached desperate levels.
Our partner teams are on the ground are delivering cooked meals as well as urgent Food Packs into Gaza to feed those in desperate need .
Working with the Egyptian Red Crescent, our teams are cooking nutritious meals in our kitchen in Al Areesh in Egypt and delivering the freshly cooked meals into Gaza every day - making sure families in Khan Younis, Gaza, have a wholesome meal .
Our teams in Jordan are preparing palettes of Family Food Packs with essential food items in our warehouse in Zarqa through the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organisation. Those then travel to the Kerem Abu Salim crossing, through to Gaza and are then transported further to those in need within Gaza.

Due to the ongoing war, legal restrictions and blockades, it is not easy to deliver aid in Gaza. We are able to deliver aid with the help of our partners. They have unique resources, expertise and special permissions to operate in Gaza. We have a collaboration with the Egyptian Red Crescent and Royal Hashemite Trust. They use their special access to military planes and trucks to transport the supplies through Rafah border, ensuring secure delivery to the needy Palestinians.
In collaboration with Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, we are actively supporting five hospitals in Gaza and the West Bank, delivering essential surgical and medical equipments to meet their specific demands. This includes three field hospitals located in Tel Al-Hawa, Khan Younus and Nablus, along with two Jordanian surgical stations in Ramallah and Jenin. These supplies are transported through military planes from Jordan to Rafah border and then trucks take them to Gaza.
